Why Reaux HR exists

I’m Denise Robinson. Reaux HR exists to help build workplaces where people stay, grow, and lead. I do that as a fractional HR partner for people-first organizations that don’t have a senior HR leader.

I’ve spent 10 years in HR and learning and development. I’ve led HR and talent development at Pinnacle Security & Investigation and LSU Health Sciences Center. At Pinnacle, I ran new hire orientation and built a leadership training program. I built the Supervisor Training Series at LSU Health and revised the performance evaluation process.

I bring both halves of that experience to Reaux HR. I help you hire well, give new people a real start, and keep your good people. I also design training for your managers, deliver it myself, and keep coaching them so the change holds.

Those years taught me that organizations do well when they see their people as the key. Their people are how they reach the vision, improve the bottom line, and make the most impact. They put culture first. They create work experiences where people thrive, and they’d rather develop their people than play politics.

I fell in love with HR. I started Reaux HR so I could help more organizations work that way.
